Payment Timing
Single lessons: charged at the time of booking (customer can pay in a bulk)
Subscriptions: charged automatically on the first day of each billing cycle
Service Delivery Time
Lessons are provided online or offline at the reserved date/time after payment is confirmed.
Application Validity
If payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline, the reservation will be canceled automatically (except for the free trial lesson).
Cancellation & Refund Policy
・Single Lessons:
Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson.
No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson.
・Subscriptions:
If canceled at least 3 days before the next renewal date, no further charges will occur.
Payments for completed periods are non-refundable.
・If we cancel a lesson due to our circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or full refund.
Cooling-off period does not apply to online lessons under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions.
System Requirements
Stable internet connection, PC or device with camera and microphone, Zoom (or designated platform) installed.
Special Conditions
Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian before purchasing.
