Whether you're dining at a restaurant, shopping, or asking for directions, this course will equip you with the essential language skills needed for a smooth and enjoyable trip. Cancellation Policy
Price Lesson and subscription prices are displayed on each page (tax included). Service Description Online Japanese lessons provided through a video conferencing platform. In-person Japanese lessons provided at a designated time and place. Additional Fees Transportation Fee and Drink Fee will be charged for in-person lessons. Card payment surcharge (when applicable) Payment Methods Credit Card (via Stripe: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, JCB, etc.) Alipay Bank Transfer Cash (only for in-person lessons) Payment Timing Single lessons: charged at the time of booking (customer can pay in a bulk) Subscriptions: charged automatically on the first day of each billing cycle Service Delivery Time Lessons are provided online or offline at the reserved date/time after payment is confirmed. Application Validity If payment is not confirmed by the specified deadline, the reservation will be canceled automatically (except for the free trial lesson). Cancellation & Refund Policy ・Single Lessons: Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the lesson. No refund for cancellations made within 24 hours of the lesson. ・Subscriptions: If canceled at least 3 days before the next renewal date, no further charges will occur. Payments for completed periods are non-refundable. ・If we cancel a lesson due to our circumstances, we will offer a reschedule or full refund. Cooling-off period does not apply to online lessons under the Act on Specified Commercial Transactions. System Requirements Stable internet connection, PC or device with camera and microphone, Zoom (or designated platform) installed. Special Conditions Minors must have the consent of a parent or guardian before purchasing. Disclaimer Lesson results may vary for each individual. No learning outcome is guaranteed.
