Cancellation Policy
1) Cancellations We do not accept cancellations for classes once paid, but it is possible to change the time. If you are unable to attend a class due to work or sickness reasons, please contact us at least 3 hours before the class starts. Time changes for other reasons are only accepted up to 24 hours in advance; even if you contact us within 24 hours, it will be considered a cancellation and you will be charged a one-time class cancellation fee. Please understand that this is unavoidable due to the teacher's schedule. 2) Copyright We strictly prohibit the sharing of materials used in class and homework assignments given by the teacher with outside parties. If they are found, we will take legal action against you. 3) Other Inquiries If you have any questions regarding class content, homework, etc., please contact your teacher at any time. We will do our best to reply as soon as possible during office hours.
